GTM / Sales Lead

As our GTM / Sales Lead, you will own the full go-to-market strategy, from positioning and messaging to pipeline generation and closing deals. You’ll work directly with the founders to translate technical innovation into clear customer value, close the first wave of high-impact customers and built the foundation for a scalable sales motion.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role: part strategist, part dealmaker, part operator.

What You’ll Do

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define and evolve ZendZend’s GTM strategy across key segments
  • Turn product capabilities into clear, compelling stories (website, demos, decks, cases, ads)
  • Ensure tight feedback loops between market, sales, and product to guide roadmap decisions

Hands-On Enterprise Sales

  • Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach to signed contracts
  • Lead demos, pilots, negotiations and enterprise deal execution
  • Sell directly to broadcasters and media companies
  • Close the first wave of high-value, referenceable customers

Scaling the Commercial Machine

  • Turn early wins into a simple, repeatable sales playbook
  • Hire and coach the first sales profiles when needed
  • Continuously optimize for speed, visibility, and conversion

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in GTM or sales
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B tech companies
  • Experience building repeatable revenue systems, not just closing deals
  • Strong background in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

     Nice to Have

  • Experience in media industry
  • Experience scaling startups
